The Landscape Project Leader is responsible for overseeing and installation of landscaping projects. Will coordinate with the sales and office managers and work with crew members to complete projects within budget and schedule to insure customer satisfaction. Oversight of projects will include orders for plant and materials, delivery of materials and equipment to work site, coordinating work crews, training, direction of subcontractors, and maintaining a record of costs per project.
- 2 or more years experience in hardscape and plant installation
- Use and knowledge of equipment such as skidloader, mini excavator, snow plows, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal communication (bilingual a plus)
- Degree/coursework in landscape or horticulture related field are a plus
- Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred, reliable transportation
- Pre-employment drug screening and criminal background clearance
- Professional references
- Pay rate up to $25 per hour depending on experience
